Islamic Educational and Cultural Research Center - Home Page Welcome to the Daily Sunnah Blog!

This blog is about matters that are either prohibited (mamnu’) or permissible (mubah) in Islamic law. A mubah act is one that is either permissible by the Lawgiver to perform or  to leave aside.  There is no reward (thawaab) in the act,  nor is it disliked (karahiyyah).

The vast majority of actions are mubah and thus permissible.
