Text: Nur ul-Idah wa Najatul Arwah (The
Manifest Light and Salvation of the Souls)
Course Description:
According to Allamah Hadrat Shaykh bin Ammar bin Ali Sharambilali (may Allah have mercy on him), the author of the famous Hanafi text, Nur ul-Idah, it is necessary for the People of Sunnah and Jama'a to associate themselves with a particlar Madhab (or school of thought) from the four schools of Islamic jurisrudence: Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali schools. These are also known as the four schools of Taqleed and the one following such a school, a Muqallad. The school of Imam ul-Aazam, Imam Numan ibn Thabit Abu Hanifa (may Allah have mercy on him) is in no need of an introduction. The acceptence that this school has received is reflective in its adherents, the majority of the Muslim Ummah. This weekly five to six month course is based on the study of the traditional Islamic text, the Nur ul-Idah.
